Our practice is committed to providing the highest quality care, tailored to suit the needs of your family. Membership pricing is listed below, and members all receive the same exceptional care for the same price, regardless of current insurance status. If you have commercial, private insurance, being part of the Hometown Health family offers you the access and availability you want from your physician, but are unable to get with busy providers and overloaded schedules. The same is true for members on Medicare or Tricare. These can still be used for services outside of our clinic, plus you get the exceptional care and service that we provide. If you have a high-deductible insurance plan or are part of a health sharing plan, you are saving money on monthly premiums, and, by becoming a member, have access to our full array of benefits, while still maintaining a safety net for catastrophic coverage. If you are uninsured, we can take care of all of your primary care needs, however, we recommend that every member carry some form of insurance to cover health care costs incurred outside of our practice. We’d be happy to discuss all available options with you.
Being part of the Hometown Health family grants you access to the all of the benefits of membership. Members receive executive-level annual physicals and personalized health plans, as well as unlimited visits, whether we’re managing chronic problems, like diabetes, or your child is sick. All of this with extended appointment times, same day access and unsurpassed communication. In addition, other common services, including routine labs, EKGs, basic procedures and common immunizations are all provided at no additional cost. Services provided outside of our clinic, including x-rays and prescription medications will be an additional cost, but we strive to provide low cost options with up-front pricing. Complete transparency regarding the cost of your medical care is our goal.
In order to provide this level of care at an affordable price, we do not process, bill or collect from insurance companies. Payments can be made through our online portal, on a monthly basis, or for a 10% discount, for the entire year up front. Members who would like to use Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) funds can be accommodated. Membership fees for Hometown Health cannot be applied to your insurance deductible.
