Hometown Health is the Direct Primary Care practice of Darin Charles, MD, dedicated to providing our members with personalized health care and unmatched access.
Almost all services are covered by a simple, up-front membership agreement. Members are encouraged to carry insurance to cover expenses outside of Hometown Health, but no insurance payments are accepted in our practice.
