When Dr. Charles gave me the news he was leaving the doctors group where I first began seeing him I was disappointed he was leaving and skeptical of his new business model. Well, I'm here to tell you that I have never ever been more satisfied with the service I now receive from Dr. Charles. I assure you that it will completely blow you away. I'm 58 yrs old and I have a rare blood disorder, I have been to see my share of doctors in my life. How many times have you called your doctor's office and the doctor actually answers the phone? Yes, I said DOCTOR answers the phone. If he doesn't answer his wonderful nurse/assistant Corlette does. I have an app on my phone that gives me communication with them whenever I need it. Recently I had a small growth on my arm I was concerned about, I sent Dr. Charles a picture of it on his app and within 30 minutes he had gotten back to me and said he wanted to look at it in the office. Corlette called me shortly after that and I was in the office two days later. He removed the spot ( thankfully it was benign), and I can't stress this part enough .... at no extra charge for his services or supplies. There is no nickel and diming you on this and that. You pay the monthly fee and that's it. I am completely satisfied with my decision to follow Dr. Charles and I believe you will be also.
